Give Next is a youth philanthropy program sponsored by Bohemian Foundation. Students in Philanthropy as Civic Engagement, a social studies elective, participate in the program. The student group determines a mission that aims to solve a societal problem or help a specific group of people, and a benefactor gives the students $5000 to pass on to nonprofits in Larimer County which offer programs that work to support the students’ mission. Students visit and vett nonprofits and ultimately decide what nonprofits to fund.
