Concurrent Enrollment Resources

1. Get approval from your high school counselor.  Start by emailing your interests to your counselor and schedule an appointment.
2. APPLY to FRCC. FRCC will email you your 8-digit ‘S number’ (FRCC student ID) and eWolf account access. ***SKIP TO STEP 3  IF YOU HAVE ALREADY APPLIED.***
   • At the end of your 'Application Certification', select YES when asked to authorize COF.
   • For students under age 16 at the start of their first Campus Select semester, please complete the  Underage Admission Waiver. We will email you to schedule an underage meeting to approve registration.
3. Complete the online Campus Select Orientation (mandatory for students participating in their first semester of Campus Select). Once you complete the orientation, the New Student Advising HOLD will be lifted and registration instructions will be emailed to you.

4. Complete and Submit an online TSD Concurrent Enrollment Agreement form. List the course number and title (e.g., ENG 1021, College Composition I) for the class(es) you plan to take to have all courses/tuition approved and paid for by the district! Once complete, a copy will automatically be sent to the BHS Concurrent Enrollment Coordinator, Ms. Bauer-Sanchez.
5. Use your eWOLF account to register for approved classes. Registration Instructions
6. Submit a copy of your “Detailed Student Schedule with Drop/Withdrawal Dates.”  To access your detailed course schedule, log in to your eWOLF account. Using the "Discover Feature, " find the "Concurrent Enrollment" Card on eWolf Dashboard. Click on "Detailed Student Schedule," click "Print this Page," and save the schedule as a PDF, Send the PDF as an attachment in an email to Emmie Bauer-Sanchez. Student FRCC Detailed Course Schedule Look Up
7. Submit a copy of your COF hours report.  Your COF hours report is accessible at http://COF.college-assist.org  FRCC has already created an account for you. Therefore, you will click on “LOGIN” up at the top right corner and then click on "Create or Retrieve User ID and Password." Afterward, take a screenshot and submit a copy to Emmie Bauer-Sanchez.  COF Report sample.

• Mon., Oct. 27: Priority Registration (Open 9 am for Students with 30 or more credits)

• Tues., Oct. 28: Priority Registration (Open 9 am for Students with 1-29 credits)

• Mon., Nov. 3: Spring Open Registration Begins

Our Concurrent Enrollment(CE) representatives have office hours scheduled in your high school to assist with the enrollment process, selecting FRCC classes, and resolving account issues.

3. Register for Courses

   • Once you’re admitted to Aims, register for classes using Workday. Connect with Workday through your Okta dashboard page at aims.okta.com.

   • If you need assistance with course registration, contact High School Programs at hsprograms@aims.edu or 970-339-6576.

5. Submit a copy of your Aims Community College class schedule. To access your class schedule click on the myaims login. Click on “Workday,” Click on “Academics,” Click on “View My Courses” found under Planning and Registration. Click on the PDF logo in the upper right-hand corner, Click “Download” when the Export Document pops up, Save the PDF somewhere you will remember. Email the PDF to Ms. Bauer-Sanchez.
